We may collect data regarding your spending habits, including but not limited to your purchase history, transaction details, payment information, and related financial data.

We collect this data through various means, including when you voluntarily provide information to us, when you use our services or products, or when we obtain information from third-party sources with your consent or as permitted by law.

We use your personal information to process your tips, refund them instantly if the DJ denies the song request, and facilitate communication between you and the DJ.

We may use aggregated and anonymized information for analytics purposes to improve the performance and user experience of our app.

We may disclose your personal information if required by law or if we believe such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or comply with a legal process.

Our app is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any material changes will be notified to you by posting the updated Privacy Policy within the app. Your continued use of the app after the changes have been made will signify your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

Extraterritorial Applicability

Most organizations processing Personal Data (“PD”) within the European Union fall under the scope of the GDPR. However, the GDPR can also apply to Data Controllers and Processors outside the EU, if processing activities are related to:

  1. The offering of goods or services, regardless of payment, to EU Data Subjects;
  2. Monitoring of EU Data Subjects' behavior within the Union.

If a Data Controller uses a non-EU Data Processor, they must ensure GDPR compliance through contract. Processors must also comply with relevant EU or national laws.

Collection of Personal Information

We collect information you knowingly provide when using our Mobile Application, such as during account creation or purchases. Some information may be mandatory for certain features. Users uncertain about mandatory information can contact us.

Collection of Non-Personal Information

When you open the Mobile Application, our third-party servers automatically record information that your device sends. This may include browser and device data, IP address, location, device name and version, operating system type and version, language preferences, and access times and dates.

We collect information about your activities using reports from Firebase Crashlytics to ensure optimal performance for our users.

Managing Personal Information

You can access, add to, update, and delete certain Personal Information about you. Information may remain in our records to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted.

Account Deletion

  • The user will have to contact PartyPal support team if they wish to get their account back with the same e-mail Id and/or phone number associated to the account being deleted.
  • The user cannot create a new account from the same e-mail Id and/or phone number which was deleted.

    • Use and Processing of Collected Information

    We may use collected information to personalize user experience, improve our Mobile Application, respond to customer queries, process transactions, send newsletters and notification emails, and operate our services. Non-Personal Information may be used to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding Mobile Application traffic and usage.

    We may process Personal Information if necessary for the performance of an agreement, compliance with a legal obligation, the public interest, or legitimate interests.

    We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. Parents are encouraged to monitor their children's internet usage.

    Information Security

    Chat Data. We collect the content of any communications between you and another user, when you use any chat feature on our app. This data is stored on your device and the devices of the users that you have sent communications to. However, we do not monitor your chat data, you can take any action based on your chat data or disclose it to any third party.

    We maintain safeguards to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure.
